Pomelo White

They are usually pale green to yellow when ripe, with citrus-sweet white flesh. The flesh tastes like a sweet, mild grapefruit. It has none, or very little, of the common grapefruit's bitterness. The pith around the segments is bitter, and not usually eaten.
