Order acceptance

  • We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the website. The products or services available on our website may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, some situations that may result in the order being canceled.
  • We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We may experience delays in updating information on the service and in our advertising on other websites. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
  • If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

Cancellation by the customer

Vegetable Souk makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service.

  • You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 hours of purchasing.
  • Vegetable Souk will not cancel any order unless informed 12 hours (prior to the delivery date) unless confirmed by our Customer Service team

  • The customer using the website who are minors / under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

By registering for the services, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree that:

  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failure to keep this information secure and confidential.
  • We may suspend or close your account immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. You will not be able to order products on the Vegetable Souk sites and/or applications if your account is suspended or closed.
  • By accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree to hold harmless and relieve Vegetable Souk website and its affiliates from any liability whatsoever arising from your use of information from a third party or your use of any third-party website and you agree and acknowledge that viewing and usage of the contents of any such third-party website is solely made at your own risk.

Credit / Debit Card information

We accept payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Please read the following terms of use and disclaimers carefully before using debit / credit cards:

  • Credit or debit cards must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction.
  • All credit / debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
  • Customers using the debit / credit cards facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers.
  • The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the debit / credit cards facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.
  • The customer refund procedure might take up to two working days to process on the debit / credit cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from debit / credit cards bank payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.
